  4. The operator is the administrator of your personal data in relation to the data provided voluntarily on the website.
  5. The service uses your personal data for the following activities:
    • Concluding and implementing contracts, receiving orders as well as complaints
    • Leading the system of poultry ads
    • Displaying the users ads
    • Service of questions through a form
    • Presentation of offer or information
  6. The service implements a function of sourcing information about the users and their behavior in the following way:
    • By freely placed data in the form that is then placed in the operators system
    • By saving in final arrangement device cookie files ( also known as “cookies”)

Methods of data safety used by the operator

  1. Places of logging in and placing personal data are protected by a layer of transmission ( SSL certificate). Thanks to that personal data and login data, placed on the site, are coded in the users computer and can only be read on a targeted website.
  2. Users passwords are kept in a hashed form. The hash function works one-way- it is impossible to take back its actions, which is currently the modern standard in storing users passwords.
  3. There is a two-component authentication used in the service which states an additional form of protection while logging into the service.
  4. And important element of protecting personal data is a regular update of the system used by the operator to process personal data, which in particularity means regular updates of programming components.

Terms in accordance to law of processing personal data

  1. In some situations the administrator has the right to pass on the users personal data to other receivers, if it is mandatory to complete a contract or an implementation of duties incumbent on the Administrator. It applies to the receivers as follows:
    • hosting company on the base of entrustment
    • operators of the comment system
    • authorized workers and co-workers, who use data in situations of making the website work properly
    • companies providing services of marketing for the Administrator
  2. Your personal data is going to be processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to complete the tasks related. Separate provisions ( for example accounting). In relation to marketing data will not be processed for more than three years.
  3. You have the right to ask the administrator about:
    • access to personal data,
    • their rectification,
    • removing,
    • limiting the processing,
    • As well as transfer of data.
  4. You have the right to file an objection in relation to the processing of your personal data in order to preform legitimate interests pursued by the administrator. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing which was made on the bade of consent granted before its withdrawal.
  5. Passing on personal data is voulantary but not necessary for the use of the service.
  6. In relations to you actions can be taken based on automatic made decisions, including profiling to provide services within an agreement and leading direct marketing by the administrator.
  7. Personal data is not passed on to countries out of the European Union.

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is given.
  2. The service can collect information about the parameters of connection ( marking the IP address).
  3. The service in some cases can save information which makes it easier to connect data in a form with the users e-mail address. In this case the users e-mail address appears on the inside of the url address of the site containing the form.

The operator does not pass this on to the operator of personal data, unless it is information anonymized. This technology causes that the facebook service ( facebook Inc. with headquarters in the USA) knows, that a given person has an account and uses their service. Its bases in this case on data, in which is the administrator himself, the operator does not pass on any additional information to the facebook service. The service is based on using cookies int the ending device of the user.

Cookie files

  1. The service uses cookie files.
  2. Cookie files ( aka. „cookies”) consist of information data, specifically text files, which are stored in the end device of the service user and is designed to use service websites. Cookies usually contain the websites name, from which comes the time of storing them on the end device as well as a unique number.
  3. The subject published on the end device of the cookies file service user as well as the operator of the service gaining access to them.
  4. Cookie files are used for the following:
    • keeping the service users session ( after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to type in their login and password on each other web page of the service they open;

However we warn that turning of these functions mandatory for processes of authentication, safety, keeping up preferences of the user can lead to a complicated use and in some cases not being able to use some www sites at all.
